Crossroads

Everyday we have to make decisions. What to wear, what to eat, who to talk to. But what about when we hit the major crossroads? There’s new job opportunities, choosing which college to go to, moving in with a partner or any other decisions that will bring drastic change to your life. These forks in your path can be scary and intimidating mostly because as humans we can’t tell the future, but we don’t need to because we create our own realities. Ecclesiastes 11:4 says “But there are some things that you cannot be sure of. You must take a chance. If you wait for perfect weather, you will never plant your seeds. If you are afraid that every cloud will bring rain, you will never harvest your crops.” In simple terms ,this verse is saying that if you wait to act you will never begin to grow and/or you will never reap the benefits of your growth if you become stagnant because of the fear of motion. Slow motion is better than no motion. Regardless of whatever path you decide to take, at least you're moving forward. Have faith that GOD will guide you to your purpose in divine timing, and let the spirit work through you. Have faith in yourself that you are fully equipped for whatever roadblocks the world has in store for you. Remember to face your fearzzz, and don’t be afraid to choose your path at the crossroads.
